1. Commitment to Child Safety

At Unibuz, we are deeply committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activities that involve the sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children. This includes, but is not limited to, grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextorting a child, trafficking of a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.

2. Our Standards Against CSAE

Unibuz maintains zero tolerance for CSAE. We actively monitor our platform for any violations and take immediate action upon discovery. Our community guidelines explicitly prohibit: Sharing or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), Grooming or attempting to groom children for sexual purposes, Sextortion or any form of sexual exploitation of minors, Trafficking or facilitating the trafficking of children, Any content that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse of children.

3. Addressing CSAM

If we become aware of CSAM on our platform, we will: Immediately remove the content, Report the incident to relevant authorities, Terminate the accounts involved, Cooperate with law enforcement investigations. We comply with all applicable laws regarding the reporting and removal of CSAM, including those in the United States and internationally.

4. User Feedback and Reporting

Unibuz provides multiple ways for users to report concerns related to child safety: In-app reporting tools for suspicious content or behavior, Email reporting to admin+safety@unibuz.com.au, 24/7 support chat for urgent concerns. All reports are reviewed promptly by our dedicated safety team.

5. Age Verification and Restrictions

While Unibuz is primarily designed for university students and young adults, we implement measures to prevent underage access: Age verification during account creation, University email verification for student accounts (signups are limited to users with verified university emails, relying on universities' policies for age appropriateness), Content filtering to prevent inappropriate material, Parental controls and reporting options.
